The Library and Visitor Information Centre is at the heart of St Ives. Not only is it a library it is also the tourist information hub along with computer and meeting rooms. You can see a fine collection of Cornish art there too.

St Ia church, situated in the middle of town, dates back to the 6th century. Situated in Lady Chapel is a sculpture by Barbara Hepworth ‘Madonna and Child’ which was gifted to the church in 1954.

Morris Singer Foundry is where Barbara Hepworth had her bronze sculptures cast. Established in 1848 it is recognised as being the oldest fine art foundry where they produce sand casting and lost wax casting.
